आज क्या लिखूं /Aaj kya likhun

सोचता हूं आज क्या लिखूं 

किसी के आखों के छलकते आसूं लिखूं 

या किसी के होठों की मुस्कान लिखूं 

या फिर करूं अपनी पहचान लिखूं 

अहसास लिखूं बहते हुए जज़्बात लिखूं 

या अपने अंदाज़ में तुम्हे लिखूं 

मेरे ज़हन में कुछ अल्फ़ाज़ ऐसे है 

जो तेरे हुस्न की सादगी को सवारतें 

हुए वो तमाम बातें लिखूं | 

I wonder what to write today

write tears in someone's eyes

Or write a smile on someone's lips

Or should I write my identity

write the feeling, write the emotion flowing

or write you in my own style

There are some words in my mind

Who rides the simplicity of your beauty

Let me write all those things that happened.
