मुझे बे सुकून कर के चला गया
चेहरे पर उदासी आखों में नमी छोड़ गया
ये तुमने कैसी दोस्ती निभाई
ख़फा हुआ हमसे और चला गया
परेशान था तो तू मुझसे कहता
देर से नही थोडा जल्दी कहता
एक बार नही बार बार कहता
बस जिंदगी से अकेले लड़कर चला गया
बता मुझे ऐसे क्यों चला गया
जानता हूं दोस्ती भी तेरी कच्ची निकली
दो चर बरस की नही कुछ लम्हों की निकली
चंद लम्हों में कम हँसाकर ज़्यादा रुला गया
बता मुझे बिच राहों में अकेला क्यों छोड़ गया
ना अधूरे ख़्वाबों की ताबीर कर गया
ना एहतियाती कोई तदाबीर कर गया
जो छोटे छोटे ख्व़ाब थे ना उनको तामीर कर गया
बस जिंदगी से लड़ते लड़ते रुखसत हो गया
लफ़्ज़ों को लिख रहा हूं आसुओं में डुबाकर
पढ़ रहा हूं तेरी यादों की तस्बीह बनाकर
ख्यालों से तू जुदा नही होता
तुझे देखूं तो चार सु नही होता
एक अजब से कशमकश में डाल गया
बता सुहैल मुझे जिशान से खफ़ा क्यों हो गया |
