 अब कड़वाहट ऐसी कि बिहार का आम चखने नहीं दिया:जर्दालु आम की 2500 पेटियां धरी रह गईं, केंद्र सरकार को नहीं भेजी

केंद्र और बिहार सरकार के रिश्तों की कड़वाहट आम के स्वाद तक पहुंच गई है। हर साल बिहार सरकार की ओर से प्रधानमंत्री, राष्ट्रपति समेत केंद्र के सभी मंत्रालयों में जर्दालु आम भेजा जाता है, लेकिन इस बार जर्दालु आम की 2500 पेटियां तैयार रखी रह गईं। उसे केंद्र सरकार को नहीं भेजा गया। नतीजा यह हुआ कि इस साल हजारों जर्दालु आम सड़ गए। इसके चलते किसानों को भी इस बार लाखों का नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है।

दरअसल, भागलपुर के किसानों को इस बार जिला लेवल के अधिकारियों द्वारा 2500 पेटी भागलपुरी जर्दालु आम की खेप तैयार रखने को कहा गया था। इसमें 500 पेटी आम बिहार सरकार के मंत्रियों को और 2 हजार पेटी आम केंद्र के सभी मिनिस्ट्री को भेजा जाना था, लेकिन डिलीवरी से कुछ घंटे पहले अधिकारियों ने मना कर दिया।

जुर्दालु आम की यह खासियत है..

भागलपुर के जर्दालु को GI टैग भी मिला हुआ है। यह आम शुगर फ्री होता है। जिसे कोई भी डायबिटीज मरीज खा सकते हैं। यह अपने स्वाद और सुगंध के लिए मशहूर है। भारत के सबसे अच्छे किस्म के आमों में से ये भी शामिल है। अपनी इसी खासियत के चलते पूरी दुनिया में ये आम प्रसिद्ध है। भागलपुरी जर्दालु आम दुनियाभर में भेजा जाता है।

 

मैंगो मैन के नाम से अपनी पहचान बना चुके अशोक चौधरी ने बताया कि उन्हें मई के तीसरे हफ्ते में ही ATMA (एग्रीकल्चर टेक्नोलॉजी मैनेजमेंट एजेंसी) और DHO (डिस्ट्रिक्ट हॉर्टिकल्चर ऑफिसर) ने 2500 पेटी आम तैयार रखने को कहा गया था, जो केंद्र और बिहार सरकार के मिनिस्ट्री में भेजा जाना था। अशोक चौधरी ने 15 लाख रुपए के भागलपुरी जर्दालु आम खरीदे। इसके बाद उन्होंने मजदूर रख कर पैकिंग की तैयारी शुरू कर दी।

आमों की तैयारी को देखने के लिए भागलपुर के DHO और ATMA अधिकारी सुल्तानगंज के मधुबन स्थित अशोक चौधरी के आम बागान पहुंचे थे। वहां उन्होंने आमों के पैकिंग की तैयारियों का जायजा भी लिया था, लेकिन जब 3 तारीख की सुबह आमों की डिलीवरी होनी थी, उससे कुछ घंटे पहले DHO और ATMA अधिकारी ने एक कॉल कर डिलीवरी के लिए मना कर दिया

किसान को हुआ 15 लाख का नुकसान

अशोक ने बताया कि अधिकारियों के मना करने के बाद उन्हें सीधे तौर पर 15 लाख का नुकसान हुआ। इसके अलावा आमों की पैकिंग प्रोसेस में जितने खर्च आए, वो भी उन्हीं के जेब से गए। उन्होंने बताया कि 2007 से ही वह हर साल आम की खेप राज्य और केंद्र सरकार को भेजते रहे हैं। इस साल भी उनकी तैयारी पूरी थी। 15 लाख रुपए की 2500 पेटियां तैयार की गई थीं।

अशोक के मुताबिक, आमों की प्रीमियन क्वालिटी और छटाई के लिए मजदूर भी रखे गए। फिर कृषि विभाग की ओर से आए डिब्बे में जर्दालु आम को भरा गया। विभाग के DHO और ATMA अधिकारी इसका निरीक्षण करने खुद आए थे। 3 तारीख को आमों की खेप ट्रेन से पटना जाने वाली थी, लेकिन 2 तारीख की रात 12 बजे कॉल कर के मना कर दिया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि उनके मना करने के बाद 15 लाख का नुकसान हो गया

In fact, this time the farmers of Bhagalpur were asked by the district level officials to keep ready a consignment of 2500 boxes of Bhagalpuri Zardalu mangoes. In this, 500 boxes of mangoes were to be sent to the ministers of the Bihar government and 2,000 boxes of mangoes were to be sent to all the ministries of the center, but a few hours before the delivery, the officials refused.

This is the specialty of Jurdalu mango.

Ashok Chaudhary, who has made his identity by the name of Mango Man, said that in the third week of May itself, ATMA (Agriculture Technology Management Agency) and DHO (District Horticulture Officer) had asked him to keep ready 2500 boxes of mangoes, which would be sent to the Center and Bihar. Had to be sent to the ministry of the government. Ashok Chowdhary bought Bhagalpuri Zardalu mangoes worth Rs 15 lakh. After this, he started preparing for packing by hiring laborers.

Bhagalpur's DHO and ATMA officers had reached Ashok Chaudhary's mango orchard located in Madhuban, Sultanganj to see the preparation of mangoes. There he also took stock of the preparations for the packing of mangoes, but when the mangoes were to be delivered on the morning of the 3rd, a few hours before that, the DHO and the ATMA officer made a call and refused to deliver

The farmer suffered a loss of 15 lakhs

Ashok told that after the refusal of the officials, he directly suffered a loss of 15 lakhs. Apart from this, the expenses incurred in the packing process of mangoes also went from his pocket. He told that since 2007, he has been sending consignments of mangoes to the state and central government every year. This year also his preparation was complete. 2500 boxes worth Rs 15 lakh were prepared.

According to Ashok, laborers were also hired for premium quality and sorting of mangoes. Then Zardalu mangoes were filled in the box brought by the Agriculture Department. The DHO and ATMA officers of the department themselves came to inspect it. The consignment of mangoes was to go to Patna by train on the 3rd, but was refused by calling at 12 midnight on the 2nd. He told that after his refusal, there was a loss of 15 lakhs.
