किस तर्ज़ से लिखूं तुम्हारे लिए
या ठीक वैसे लिखूं जैसे तुम मुझे मिले थे

वे सुनहरे शब्द जो कोई एक बार पढ़ ले
उसकी आखों में समां जाए
लेकिन लिखते लिखते रूक सा जाता हूं
ये सोचकर इस खुबसूरत से रिश्ते को क्या नाम दूं
अपनी इबादत का सिला कहूँ या कुछ और
लेकिन लिखते लिखते एक मुस्कान सी आ जाती है चेहरे पे
ये सोचकर क्या तुम भी तन्हाई में बैठकर
मुझे याद करके मुस्कुराती होगी
या अपने होठों से मेरा नाम छलकती होगी |
