दागदार कागज़ DAGDAR KAGAZ

बहुत कुछ लिखने का मन हैं तुम्हारे लिए 

लेकिन ख़ामोश आज अपने अल्फ़ाज़ हैं 

कलम तो हुकुम का पाबंद हैं

मगर क्या करे दागदार आज  कोरा कागज़ हैं

तुम्हारी यादों में उलझे हैं

तुम मिलने तक नही आई 

इसलिए आज ख़्वाबों में कुछ हडबडाहट हैं

I want to write a lot for you

But silence is your alpha today

the pen is punctual

But what to do tainted today is a blank paper

stuck in your memories 

you didn't even come

So today there is some confusion in the dreams.

किसी मोड़ पर बन जाएगा एक दिन जिंदगी का तमाशा 

जिंदगी का क्या है जिंदगी तो उस वक़्त का पहिया है |

At some point it will become a spectacle of life one day

What is life, life is the wheel of that time.

अल्फ़ाज़ तो बहुत है अपने अल्फ़ाज़ में तुम्हारे लिए 

लेकिन ऐसे अल्फाज़ों का क्या फायदा जो 

तुम्हारे पत्थर से दिल को पिंघला न सके |

Alphas is enough for you in your Alphas

But what is the use of such alphabets

Can't melt the heart with your stone.

सिर्फ  ये तजुर्बा काफ़ी नही था इस उम्र में 

अपने अल्फ़ाज़ लिखने के लिए 

सफर बहुत तवील रहा है मेरा 

एक एक अल्फाज़ ढूँढने के लिए |

Only this experience was not enough at this age

to write your alphabets

My journey has been very long

कुछ कहने को अब रह क्या गया है 

हमसे पूछो वो क्या क्या कह गया है |
