इस साल नए हर्फ़ नया अंदाज़ लिखूंगा

तुम पढ़ना मैं फिर नया आगाज़ लिखूंगा

बहुत  बिता लिए हैं  सुकून  के पल मैंने

अब दिलों का हाल गम ए हयात लिखूंगा

ज़रूरत पड़ी तो हर्फ़ों को लड़ा दूंगा आपस में

ठान  लिया हैं  जो  वो मैं  बार बार लिखूंगा

माना कल कुछ नही था लिखने के लिए

मगर आज मैं कल का भी आज लिखूंगा

This year I will write new words, new style

you read i will write a new beginning

I have spent many moments of peace

Now I will write the condition of the heart, gum e hayat

If need be, I will make the letters fight with each other

I have decided that I will write again and again

i guess there was nothing to write yesterday

But today I will write tomorrow's today as well
