मैं वो क़िताब हूं जिसे अधूरा पढकर छोड़ दिया गया 

हर बार की तरह शिकायत थी मुझे समझा न गया 

I am the book that was left unfinished

There was a complaint like every time.

 I didn't understand

तुम जा रहे हो तो बेशक़ चले जाओ 

लेकिन इतना याद रखना 

हर दिन इंतज़ार रहेगा तुम्हारा|

If you are leaving then of course go away

but remember so

Will wait for you every day.

ज़ख़्म हमारे सारे नासूर बन गए

जब से वो हमारी नज़रों से दूर हो गए 

लिखना तो बहुत कुछ था अभी हमे 

गुमशुदा सारे लफ्ज़ अपने अल्फ़ाज़ में हो गए |

the wounds became all our cankers

Ever since he's out of our sight

We had a lot to write now
