ये ज़ख्म अब भर क्यों नही जाता
जो बीत गया वो भुला क्यों नही जाता
हर वक़्त क्यों तलाशती हैं उसे ये निगाहें
उसकी यादों से मैं जुदा क्यों नही हो पता
वो अनोखा चेहरा तो नही इस पूरे जहाँ में
जो दूर हैं उसे अनदेखा क्यों नही किया जाता
मैं इन उलझनों में इतना उलझकर रह गया
उलझते उलझते मैं सुलझ क्यों नही जाता
जो चेहरा मैंने बरसो से कभी नही देखा
अगर वो ख़्वाब हैं तो टूट क्यों नही जाता |
why doesn't this wound heal
Why the past is not forgotten
Why do these eyes search for her all the time
I don't know why I can't separate from her memories
Isn't that unique face in this whole world
Why not ignore the one who is far away
I'm so caught up in these complications
Why don't I get resolved while getting confused
the face i haven't seen in years
If it is a dream then why doesn't it break.
