कुछ बाते ताज़ा करनी हैं
मगर इस शोर में नही तन्हाई में करनी हैं
क्योंकि बात ही कुछ ऐसी हैं
जो महज़ तुमसे करनी हैं
बोलो साथ चलोगे मेरे
महज़ एक दो कदम नही
तमाम उम्र साथ चलना पड़ेगा
छोड़कर वे वीरान सी गलियां
आकर मुझमे सितारों की तरह ढलना पड़ेगा
एक लंबे सफर की शुरुआत करनी होगी
जहाँ मैं और तुम होंगे
तुम कुछ पूछोगे तो मैं हर राज़ खोलूंगा
दिल में जो भी हो तुम बेधड़क
सवाल करते रहना औऱ जवाब मैं देता जाऊँगा
अपनी ज़िंदगी का हर पन्ना खोलूंगा
हर लम्हा हर बात दोहराऊंगा
वैसे मेरी ज़िंदगी का हर
पन्ना आईने की तरह साफ हैं
मगर कुछ हैं जो छुपा हुआ हैं
वाक्या हमारी पहली मुलाकात का हैं
इसलिए उसे छुपा कर रखा हैं
सरे आम कर दूंगा तो वो एहसास नही बचेगा
इसलिए छुपा कर दिल से लगा कर रखा हैं
बेशक तुम्हे पाने की हसरत
कल भी थी आज भी हैं
तू ज़िद नही हैं मेरी इज़्ज़त हैं
जो कल भी थी आज भी हैं
कुछ एहसास हैं जो अधूरे हैं
तुम आओगे तो पूरे हो जाएंगे
फिर क़दम से याद मिलाकर ज़माने में चलेंगे
बोलो साथ चलोगे मेरे
