वो ज़ख्म हमने बार बार खोद के देखे हैं 

तुम्हारे ज़ुल्म ओ सितम के हवाले से 

लिखना लाज़िम है मेरा 

ना बयाँ करूं तो मुझ पर क़र्ज़ हैं तेरा 

हमारी आखों के आसूं खुश्क हुए है 

पानी मरा नही हैं 

मेरे आसूं सदा गवाह रहेंगे तेरे ज़ुल्म के 

जो अज़ल पे लिखे जा चुके हैं 

आज मसनद पर बैठे हैं 

कल नही बैठे रहोगे 

तेरे एक एक ज़ुल्म की दास्तां लिखेंगे 

फिर हम भी देखेंगे तुम भी देखोगे |
