गुरबत के दिन /Gurbat ke din
कोई पास नही आया था मुझे रोता हुआ देखकर
अपने भी किनारा कर गए थे मेरे हालात देखकर
कभी मुझे देखते थे कभी मेरी बेबसी देखते थे
लेकिन लौट जाते थे मुझे बेह्तासा देखकर
मसरूफ़ थे सब के सब अपनी ज़िन्दगी में
मैंने कभी टोका नही उन्हें हँसता हुआ देखकर
ज़िन्दगी हैं मुश्किलें तो मेहमान बनकर आएगी जरुर
मुश्किलों ने भी एक बार सोचा होगा मुझे मुस्कुराता हुआ देखकर
मैं बड़ा हो गया तो क्या लेकिन मेरी तहज़ीब नही बदली
मेरी दहलीज़ पर खड़े हैं वो छोड़ गए थे जो मुझे रोता हुआ देखकर |
no one came near me seeing me crying
Seeing my situation, I had left myself too.
Sometimes used to see me sometimes used to see my helplessness
but used to return seeing me desperately
Everyone was busy in their life
I never stopped seeing them laughing
Life is difficult, it will surely come as a guest
Even difficulties must have thought once seeing me smiling
I grew up but my attitude didn't change
Standing on my doorstep, those who left seeing me crying.
